El memorialista solicitó la nulidad de la sentencia T-456/11invocando una ostensible violación del debido proceso.
Se adujo en la petición que la Sala de Revisión había omitido desarrollar un análisis detallado del certificado de tradición y libertad y confrontarlo con la fecha que se hizo la anotación en la oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos.
La Corte no encontró una afectación al debido proceso debidamente demostrada y tampoco halló que la petición elevada cumpliera con las condiciones materiales requeridas para que prosperara la nulidad impetrada.
Se DENIGA por improcedente.
